Welcome to Simple AV! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Our Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, followers, username, or any account rights.

3. Purchases and Payments

Our service offers monthly video plans and one-off video purchases. Monthly allowances renew with the paid billing period, and unused monthly videos may roll over for one additional billing cycle subject to the plan limit. Purchased videos do not expire. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We are not responsible for errors caused by the payment processor.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you submit to us (like logos and text). You grant us a license to use, modify, and create derivative works from your content for the purpose of creating your video. The final video delivered to you is licensed for your commercial use, but we retain the right to use it for our own promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Simple AV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
